With the exception of someone moving straight out of their parent’s house for the first time, if the tenant can’t provide references or makes excuses, you should move on.

The BP community is an excellent resource, but rubbing elbows with more experienced REI folks was really invaluable.So no more excuses - Get out there, meet people, and make some deals!

Now she's using this policy as an excuse for a charge back, and is threatening me with her 'legal team'. 

There will always be an excuse, I told them to myself for years.  

Right...they didn't 'have time'.I know I'm preaching to the choir here on BP but there is absolutely no excuse!  

I would propose that the difference is that the successful people in ANY given generation are the ones that don't make excuses and go out and strive to obtain their goals regardless in spite of the obstacles life has delt them.

Read these documents.Ask for references and don't accept any excuse that they are private.

Excuse what is going to be a long rant - for the sake of my sanity I need to get this off my chest.

I've heard internet providers speak of the First Amendment, their rights to allow anything on a site, heard all kinds of excuses as to such thinking, I don't know the internet business, but I usually don't buy what people claim as to why they do the wrong thing, I follow the money.  

"I could invest in real estate but I don't want to deal with the hassle"...a thousand excuses to not be successful.
