Easiest way to get started is find a lender and see how much house you can afford.Next find an agent and let them know your looking for 2-4 units within a certain price range in the areas your interested in.Submit offers, make sure the numbers make sense and you can live for free and come out with a little extra.While your agent is keeping eye on the MLS, you should be doing a different approach.
