It almost seems like a no brainer... start getting paid back now AND in retirement or just.. later in retirement.. hell I could be dead by then lolLike you were saying basically... will the rental pay me back more from now until I die or will the 401k pay me back more from retirement till death?? 

It was a single story 1600sq ft 3 bed 2 bath that rented for $1300 a month.

Floors are Recently Installed. 3 Floor 3 Bed Apartment with a Nice Backyard in a B+ Location.Comps were Sold about $530k & $599k.

Off Grid  $$$$$  No beds,  Rent $50/night, minimum 2;  Higher on holidays starting Friday.B. 

@Wendy Ledyard you may want to share bed/bath count and some other info about the type of rentals you’re considering. 

To be specific , it’s a sfr , 2 bed 1 bath in Indianapolis.

Would be for a 4 bed/3 bath single family home.

That turned the property from a 2 to 3 bed SFR with 2 full baths.

Two bedrooms is great, alas, we're already adding a 5th bedroom into the second living room and running a co-living model.With the carport conversion,it would be 7 bed, 3 bath.

No bad experience to report, they where key in helping solve a bed bug problem I would have struggled with (the tenant stayed through the "spraying" process).
