I've recently spoke with a lender that plans to add a new product for unwarrantable (I think that's the correct term) condos and town houses.  

Its not that I dont believe in my product, but that I have made a professional commitment to my clients to not compete with them.

The product (providing affordable housing in the form of a mobile home) is not illegal in itself but the method of delivering this product (owner-financing the mobile home) is in question.

I just like to endorse good products, especially when it worked for me.

I find it is a lot easier to find individuals with money to lend than competent rehabbers who can deliver a quality rehab on budget.If I could verify this guy is legit, can deliver the product, if I could get 10-12% return on the money before profit split.
