Hey Mike, did you manage to find an insurance company for your str?

Nate,I would recommend speaking to an Independent Agent that represents multiple companies. 

Ask if they have "clear title", meaning has the title commitment/report come back from the title company with no issues for seller to fix/resolve. 

If not, a management company would essentially kill any margin you were making.

Do you have a title company you work with regularly in Tampa?

You also do have to always hire a management company there are other options.

But I like idea that Detroit, gaining it's momentum of renaissance and appreciation could be better there, but maybe I idolize it.Columbus seems lucrative with tech companies investing there, but a bit fishy, because so many flippers already there, so many people realtors/flippers tryin to sell their flipped houses. 

Are they a good company to work with? 

We haven’t found good development ones on the market outside of the ones my prior development companies used.
