However, Calendars can be misleading, some hosts block a day or two on either end of a booking, and sometimes my family uses our cottage for a month so I might block an entire month at a time.

In my area, people are still hosting private meetups, I wear my mask every time and adhere to the safety guidelines.

We were hosting 4 in person meetups every month but have moved to a once monthly virtual meetup.

Things like where you build, County regulations, lot cost, type of house 1 or 2 story, etc. amongst a host of others will ultimately determine the price.
