hey thanks, i have seen ur posts around here, unless someone else has ur same picture.Yeah actually the FMV according to places like ZILLOW and REDFIN and E-APPRAISAL the average price is somewhere between $190-220K so the pricing seems fair, plus i am accounting for $10k depreciation in 6 months.You are right, however, it is quite the risk to get this person to live in there seeing his history.
