A good deal is a good deal no matter where we live, so we won't shy away from what else is going on outside Western Washington. 

We almost had a deal fall through because the attorney in this attorney state was not doing their job in a timely fashion.

I realize a big part of this is waiting and watching for a great deal, which I'm doing (using New Western) and will stay patient with.

I, like many, ventured a good distance to purchase my first property. 1000 miles away from LA to be exact, in a much smaller town, and one of the most western in the continental US, Port Orford, Oregon.

I'm not in Grass Valley but looking to invest in Sacramento maybe in the next year or two and going for appreciation in western states vs. continuing in Midwest.
