Unless your house is near a college and your buyer will be an investor looking for maximum cash flow per room rented - 4 bedrooms in a 1,200sf house with 1 bath isn't very likely going to be super functional for most buyers.

i went with the conventiinal it was a 6 state bank they are super nice said i qualify for VIP banking where everything is free incuding cashirs checks.
