Which is pretty good for me since my current business is pretty slow right now.Yes it is going to be tough juggling the new marriage and the rehab but I figure if we can get through this unscathed there aren't too many things that will be able to get between us.As far as other junk fees that realtors and title companies try to pass off as necessary, I'm not buying.

I basically have no cash to work with at this point, so he said what I'd need to do is start applying for credit cards, at a slow pace so as not to ding my credit score, until I have about $100-150K avail to use.

With the market slowing (here in Charleston) it is a wee bit easier to find a property not yet sold, so in many respects it is a better time for exchanges.
