I am looking to connect with anyone in Brooklyn, either for a coffee or via email/video call these days.

While Tenant A has indicated via text that he "may have found a place" (and mentioned later in a call that if it doesn't work out he'll have to finish out his lease), he has not signed any kind of agreement specifically accepting our cash-for-keys offer.We also live in Nashville and just had a tornado rip through several counties (including destroying part of a shopping mall and some neighborhoods 3 miles away).

We have plenty & I noticed last weekend our Lakehouse is well stocked but we just ran out of coffee filters.

At the best of times it was an incredible amount of work with moderate pay and at the worst of times, it was an unbelievably hard business to keep afloat.So I have a chance right now to change my life and I am hoping the amazing people of r/realestateinvesting can help me.My incorporation owns the large building, it has multiple zones, they are:Residential for the apartment upstairs, which gets me 1100$ a month.Commercial for the gallery/ shop down stairs.Industrial for the factory area in the back.Its a big building!

I thought that sounded high so I thought I would shop around.  

This particular law is pretty easy to understand so if he/she is not getting that, you should start to shop around for a new one.
