Hello folks,Wanted to get some of the key criteria folks use in evaluation whether a deal is good or no.

I could use some help finding a good intermediary and would love to hear what someone experienced/learned by going through this.

Instead, there should be dollar amounts assigned to specific events, i.e. demolition complete with full haul off, floors broom cleaned, no nails left in studs or subfloors $1,500.Plumbing rough in complete and rough in inspection passed: $4000Final plumbing completed $5000I am clearly making up dollar amounts, but look for these types of bids on large projects.  

Hi everyone, I have received feedback from here about networking with other RE investors in my area.

I can refer a couple of great PM's in Orlando if you want to get another opinion or two. 

Does anyone know, or have a good idea, about the difference in returns on entitling & developing the land for each scenario, with final objective to sell to a builder to build and sell the structures him/herself.  

What is your strategy in doing so? 

While the renovations look solid, this price jump seems steep.

I am getting ready to close on a property in the couple weeks.
