I may not be the ideal example but i think that more homes will be sold by owner in the future but that is my random prediction and i think you should buy a duplex near a technical university or a medical university to profit off the future generation but like i said purely random speculation...

Since FF is mainly medical people, I tend to look for couples, a pet, hopeful to extend and people that seem excited about being in Colorado because it usualy means they will be out doing things and not destroying my home... usually... :)
