It's super common in your teens and 20s and I think the invention of BP has made it a bigger deal than it is.

I love the beach and I live in Madeira beach Florida.

Half my rentals in Cleveland have Section 8 tenants in them and I wish it was a higher percentage than that, but I am working on that.

And without the ability to predict future, a better mindset is "I don't know, and I don't care", cuz you know overall it is going up.But I do think local market is a little easier to predict if you have knowledge and experience, but don't count on too much to appreciation is the key I think.
