I am a RE Broker and have been one for 50 years now.. but I have not sold RE at the street level in about 15 years or so other than referral fees. here is my point of view.Listings will be worth more than they ever have been in the past I think thats self evident.As a high volume Seller of property here is how I am going to work it..

I am keen on exploring and investing in opportunities within the Dallas-Fort Worth area.I focus on identifying promising rental properties that offer strong returns and growth potential.

It’s not even like they filter bad agents out or it would be worth it.

If the tenant complains we have to decide if it is worth lowering the rent increase. 

I recently connected with a gal through a BP meetup and want to try and organize a partnership.

In a similar but smaller scale situation I had my real estate attorney reach out to the law firm listed as the LLC's representative (this was for a single unit not whole buildings) and it turned out the owner was letting their kid live there and didn't have interest in selling for that reason but I felt it was worth the tryI hope to hear more updates from you @Cole Barthel !!

In this market, I’d make sure I had connections lined up, like joining an established team.

It is likely outside the warranty period, but worth a call to the company.
