It is really quite surprising that we have security staff in such an established and developed democracy with such a poor attitude towards its citizens.

I fully endorse such strategic flexibility and ROI-maximizing decisions.That would be similar to a flipper who expands nationwide and perhaps worldwide, finds that he is so successful that he is unable to reinvest the proceeds back into the flipping business at an adequate ROI, and then decides to do other things with the cash such as buy-and-hold.

Last year this company liquidated more than 4 thousands properties worldwide.

We talk to the staff, the property management companies, and we tour units (sometimes), we talk about how to analyze a property and an area, and many other things.  

I see it worldwide where I travel.

The company decided a week later lay off 30% of their staff, including me.

I am wondering if anyone else here has an office manager, and I am wondering a few things:- How do you maintain and assess the effectiveness of your staff?

I have owned these particular units for almost a year and the maintenance has slowed down but issues still come up.My current Property Management company has an on-call maintenance staff that charges at a rate of $37 per hour.
