I can only do this remotely since i travel full time for work (travel nurse). 

How much traveling will you need to do?

I do a lot of business travel, using my cards heavily, and then get reimbursed and see my score fluctuate 50-75 points often. 

As soon as took off from Newark Airport  -communication became a challenge, Aside from the 15 hour travel time , 12 hours time zone difference -- Cell service and even WiFi access was limited at times.

We had previously agreed on a no-travel ban for me the 4 weeks prior to the date, which meant 6 days after learning of the lease end, I'd be spending the weekend in MN, with a new tenant selected.

Think about how often you'll reasonably need to travel to a property, how much those trips will cost, and how much of your cash flow you'll have left.

Some people travel with a video game console or have Netflix. 

- What should be my "plan of attack" next month when I'll be free and be able to travel up to Rochester? 

I am 18 and attending University of Tampa this fall and will be taking relatively hard classes, as that's what college is...Want to play Club Hockey for the school (One day of practice in the evenings at some point during the week, and 2 games on weekends, note I would travel to neighboring states about every other weekend)Definitely enjoy going out to parties, clubs, bars, etc. and plan on doing so during the weekends at night.
