I was hoping to talk to a lender in this region who could assist in vetting my finances to see what I can feasibly take on with more conventional styles of loans; or what type of options they have to offer.

Will you advise me the best way to know what the expenses are(Do I bring in a general contracter to give ballpark figures of costs of needed repairs in order to know a price to offer.
