I went under contract for a duplex and going the FHA 203k route, it has issues that I need to get fixed so that it's up to FHA standard.

If they don’t pay on time, we’ll send them the standard notification.

Just make sure you hold everyone to the same standards. 

I'm just assuming they used the standard offer to purchase realtor form.

What version of the 203k are you doing - Standard or Limited?

I don't really care about AC, as it isn't standard here, but I still wouldn't want minisplits to be overly strained.

@Russell BrazilI see too many people here convinced that they're going to get major rehabs and new construction done within limited timeframes in the next six months, perhaps with a standard small contingency added to their original estimates. 

Therefore; I think NAR is trying to get a standardized policy. 

Their lease (a standard CAR form) is ending May 31st and there are no provisions in the current lease for any renewal notifications.
