It was good for several reasons, it got me up close to houses that I had an interest in to see the basic condition, it gave me a sense of the neighborhood and each block.

I have several houses that have infinity cash on cash returns, meaning that on my original cash, I paid cash to buy the house, fixed it up, did a cash-out refinance on the property and got all of my money back, and make cash flow.

I have noticed several 4 unit condo buildings listed on the MLS that are identical to 5 to 10 neighboring buildings.

There are several investors doing multi family deals in the group.
