All I can find online is this is normally amortized over 84 months on Schedule A, but I'm not sure if this would be applied the same for an owner occupied rental.Thank you!

Reserve cabinet in kitchen for each room and set a schedule for clean up.. rotate chore chart, like week 1 ,,room one does bathrooms, room 2 does all vacuuming, room 3 all trash out to curb, room 4 mowing and rotate..
