Over the years I have realized that if you are genuinely interested in something that someone is passionate about, they will teach you things about it that you could never learn from a book.My initial plan is to do spec builds, particularly technologically-advanced spec builds: Smart, robust home network, and high speed / reliable indoor/outdoor Wi-Fi.

Some advisers say "never buy without an inspection" but then again, people buy at the county auctions every day without even being able to step foot inside the property ahead of time.I would say that in a condo, there are much more important factors than things you'll find in an inspection anyhow.
