I would call the police and report anonymously if you don't want to be involved.

FCRA is Fair Credit Reporting Act and meant to ensure you don't discriminate based on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or public assistance.  

My guess is with a little report you can make it work.  

I think the realtor recommended both It is your responsibility to report it you may not care about the thousands you lost but what about future buyers 

If they are not reporting ALL of the income to the IRS, they have little to justify an asking price that isn't based on auditable books.  

Good Morning,I was looking through a few HUD listed properties last night that are for sell in my area , and I was reading through the Property condition report/summary documents , and am a bit confused by what they mean.For instance:The Property Condition Report shows that there is NOT a Dishwasher present , as well as stains in the Bath Tub that can NOT be removed The Property Condition Summary shows ( via Escrow description ), that there is some needed Plumbing to be done ( $300 ). 

My next question would be-Is the money I make from a wholesale deal taxable and if so how would I report it on my taxes if I do not have a tax ID?

The tenant that hasn't paid gets  a pay or quit notice and you can tell them you'll take the report of drugs under advisement and will take action if it can be substantiated but either way the rent must be paid.  

Since then I have been on time with all of my payments and have started to build my credit up again it's around a 620-650 depending on the reporting company.
