Indianapolis is a great market to get started in with affordable pricing.

Unfortunately my work is not scalable and does not allow me to extend such opportunities.

I wouldn't say "cut costs" necessarily, but what we've found works really well is setting our prices for each job our contractors do.

What are your favorite tools and platforms for finding investment opportunities? 

The NAR Settlement doesn't mean buyer agents won't get paid, it just means they need to be more transparent about it.Like others have said, your best bet to purchase with lower fees and overall better price is to prospect and find motivated sellers.

Also, we need to consider what is included in the price, which I discuss next.

So I would do what you can to scrape up the money to get legal help OR if your name is on the properties then drop the price to sell them so they cover the mortgage amount and walk away.Look at it from the perspective of what is it going to cost you to litigate versus just get out now?
