I think you obtain permission but "acquire" real estate assets.The biggest issues with an AP play on a real estate asset comes from threats by claimants and creditors. 

If that's your requirement then keep on walking or keep working on price or terms.Either way you have some numbers to play with.Jeff V

Swallow your pride and be willing to play nice with an unreasonable tenant or pay cash for keys to get them out.  

Sometimes you can look at stats all day, but common sense still needs to play a factor.
