Can my property management company manage the property and receive the income?

I'm in the reno area and we have seen strong appreciation with Tesla, Apple, Switch and other data companies moving to the area.

Hi BPers,Ive been diligently looking for an Insurance company that will insure STRs in Los Angeles CA and finally found one called Proper Insurance.

I think a company that would arrange to put a used, older, reasonably remodeled home on to a vacant lot on my park to sell in place would be very successful- particularly for us 'mom and pop' operators.  

Here is quoted VRBO policy:"Vrbo, another vacation rental company, states that it does not allow any form of surveillance device inside a property, with the exception of smart devices that are allowed "as long as you have been informed of their presence and given the option to deactivate them."

Our Operating Agreement states: "The Member(s) agree that Member(s) may voluntarily withdraw from the Company without the approval, vote, or consent of the Member(s).

The underlying note is a USDA loan at 3% interested.The interesting part is that there is about $60k of equity in the home after paying the entry fee.One of my title companies is refusing to insure the transaction due to the underlying lender being USDA, and telling me that it is a bad idea to do this on a USDA loan.

Any information/advice is appreciated and also how to properly set up our company, how to eventually scale our portfolio and looking to learn more about funding and DSCR loan.

I work remotely, always have my phone handy, and love the number side of real estate so I think this would be a great fit for me and something that I could see myself doing long-term.The only downside I see is that I work 8-4 so couldn't spend that time in an office with other brokers or doing real work for clients, I would be working after my day job.
