You could have gone down the route of working with multiple lenders, including theirs and then deciding at the end who to use.I'm in Los Angeles so 99% of properties have fences, but I would imagine you could have just made the building of the fence and the other work as "conditions to qualify."

I also own some properties in Los Angeles that require permits to operate, and one particular instance was rather cumbersome to obtain.I can't believe that Chase has such a low limit for investment type properties, this seems a little puzzling to me.
