I've been doing the reading, pod cast and YouTube video thing for a few months now and I definitely have a much better understanding, but I'm looking to further my knowledge on real estate investing, business, and finance.

I haven't got a property yet because I have just been listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, and reading blogs and books, I'm really eager to learn everything I can and can't wait till I one day get a property to invest in.

By about 6:45am I check the ETFs and stocks I am invested in and possibly buy into one of the stocks I have, if the price is lower than usual for the day.I then pick my audio book or video learning on a topic and take it with me in the car for my hour commute into work.

I am passionate about everything dealing with buildings and am excited to get connected with people who are also.Jeff

I can read a million books, and watch a thousand videos, but if there is no one to answer the questions I have, I'm lost.

The remodel wasn't super challenging but it did involve a lot of YouTube videos, research, buying tools, and most importantly finding and hiring contractors.

Might be a good idea to research and watch some podcasts, YouTube videos, etc. with your wife so you guys can learn more about the facts of the matter together.
