I'm not familiar with Wisconsin laws but selling or assigning a contract is only one method of wholesaling. 

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

I have been able to find companies that will cover real estate portfolios on one policy in other markets but no luck in the Florida market.

I don't think 14k a year is enough to justify buying one of these machines.

This is hard(er) to sell to folks who are stroking one big check just to fund the whole thing, but easier to sell to 100/1000 people who are funding one little piece of the deal. - Banks only stay in business by seriously mitigating risk, especially in the world of commercial loans where they may hold all of the paper.

The area was showing so many of those signs we’ve seen time and time again that a neighborhood will one of those you wish you invested in on the ground floor.

But do you really need that for your one rental?
