@Justin Brickman, I have an Ideal 5 Br, 2.5 bath in North East  SA, that would work great for Midterm/short Term rental that  I am looking to sell. 

I'm in the Mesa/ Gilbert area of the state and have had some of my investors I work with purchase land right outside of town in the pathway of the expected growth of the town.

Most of the investors I work with are buy-and-hold investors.

Lender wise talk to @Zack Karp or @Jose Valdovinos...all of those folks work mainly with invetors and have a great pulse on the Chicago market.
