Afternoon everyone, Tax season is upon us and I have recently relocated to a new city.

The owners are seasoned investors themselves.

There was a season where conflicts arose more often than normal and I realized that it was because she didn't feel like we were on the same team because I was just doing my thing in REI and I just assumed that she saw my vision.

The season of my life right now is to begin the journey toward that, and I am willing to sacrifice a little comfort to do that.

We have been booked all winter, while my colleagues all told me that it is dead here during the winter season. 

I found out last March/April many of the foundation companies were negotiable on price per pier in the spring since it's their slower season when the ground is moist and not moving as much.

I'm on my 2nd BRRR, waiting on seasoning to refinance.  

The rental market in this area is very seasonal being very hot April-September and cold from October-March.

We just set up an LLC at the advice of my accountant so that our profits (and losses) are handled in one place, receive tax benefits, and come tax season, everyone can easily handle their share of income tax based on our (unequal) division of shares in the property (it's not split 3 ways).
