Beautiful and picturesque, adorable small town, Land is in a preservation zone, but there are ways besides subdivision to make money on land.

Hey Stanley, I'm a hard money lender based out of Orlando.

The one thing about this market is its best to buy land and build new, there is not alot of on market inventory.

The land, zoning, waste disposal system, in ground oil tank, elevations, liabilities, encumbrances, lot size, setbacks, and other issues that may have impact on an investment decision and any value add opportunities or lack of. 

Most of us are not deserving but still not all of us are lazy, and we really want to step up in the warm light of direction to support our families in this cold land...it starts with a roof.

For the lease, many people who self manage find a generic one for their state online, but it’s usually a good idea to have an attorney look it over or even draft one for you to make sure it’s solid and covers all the bases.

I am a builder and I have some land and want to build a tiny home park. 

From looking at the website’s advertised interest rate (which was 2.75%) my impression was they were just looking at the date the property was purchased and estimating a mortgage payment based on the market rate at that time, 2.87% per Fannie Mae.
