its just some are more lucky than others.. and some are darn right un lucky hate to be a newbie buying your first deal and you end up with the unlucky one it could knock you back years financially..

The income would be better if she didn't have to pay her broker, but again, she can't practice without a broker and she would need more education to become a broker herself.Putting it all together:  While college may not be the right educational vehicle for you, you will nonetheless be faced with choosing an educational path, whether that is realtor school, broker's school, property management school, school of hard knocks etc.

Anyways if it's just between the Tenant and Me, I can take the pain but my latest drama filled episode has now drawn the attention of the Condo Association.My Tenant decided to go knock on the neighbors door, what followed is a grey area but the neighbor called the police got all freaked out my tenant gets arrested for disorderly conduct.
