Write an apology letter to all and include the Brochure and Certification, stating that the SELLER did not make a proper disclosure re LEAD and you are now providing this information as soon as you were made aware of the situation.Keep a copy of your letter (dated), deliver one to each tenant by Cert USPS mail.

I called them and they apologized for the miss.
