I prefer multi family because they offer multiple income streams, usually higher rent per square foot compared to single-family homes, and are more likely to appreciate over time due to inflation and rent increases.I would recommend Columbus, Ohio.

The nice part of the rent raising is the government usually picks up most of the increase and keeps the tenant portion the same (or the tenant will at least contribute less to the rent increase than the govt) so it hurts them less or not at all.

Hey @Christopher Eduardo, Please talk with a tax lawyer to make your final decision, but in general: In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, a debtor creates a repayment plan to gradually pay off their debts over a specified period, usually three to five years.
