Last year around January he quit taking my calls and then subsequently had his cell phone shut off. he was never there when I went by and was even told he went out the back door to avoid me.

To name a few… Things like; DMV records, credit report records, post office records, drivers license records, address used on tax returns, W-2’s, 1099’s, unemployment claims, hunting and fishing licenses, credit card statements, bank statements, insurance of all sorts; home owners, health, life etc., what your friends, family, neighbors, and employer would tell someone asking about where you live.

Flip side (no pun intended) is we get crap appreciation.....if you don't get forced appreciation on the buy.Check Idaho - right next door to you (state wise).

its less then a 100 which seems to be the minimum per door on here.when using the 2% rule i am getting about 1.4%. i beleive i could realistically sell the property for 112k- i owe 79k.
