Hi,it’s off market through a friend that introduced me to the seller and has purchased a property from this seller in the past.

I'm a first-time homebuyer and recently purchased a multifamily property in Canton, MA for close to $900K.

The only thing that has changed by the new law is the pre-negotiated commission can no longer be listed in the MLS, so now agents that work with buyers will now be required to have clients sign an agreement committing to a certain commission percentage to the buyer whether or not the home that they purchase has a commission offered by the seller. 

He sent me the purchase agreements for these properties.

we just started a company, and we have dived into tax liens, so I am still kind of new at this, but if you are interested in tax liens, I would say it is the way to go, also I have not taking any formal educational program, not yet, I just have gotten a source that I could purchase tax lien properties from and it has been very valuable....So what questions can I answer for you?

Hi @Rachel Payton, The house you are looking at purchasing, does it have a separate space set aside solely for the business or is it a "single family" type home that will just serve as a home office?
