BAH is an amount given directly to the service member, the amount they received is based on several factors like the area (each zip code has a different rate) and whether the service member is married or has children, and their rank. 

Hi everyone, my husband and I have six children and we live in a 2400 square-foot five bedroom three bath house.

My idea is to start this early, while I still have a lot of free time, limited expenses, no wife, and no children to worry about.

I have a wife and 4 children and 1 due November 8th.

The payments towards the property are going to be made to a trust that will be distributed to his children upon death. 

Getting an education would be one of them.I've not read the thread but before you follow anybody's encouragement to proceed  down this path I'd ask them if they have children your age in college and if so why.

With criminal backgrounds-I just keep an eye out for anything "Wierd"-as in particularly offenses against children or etc I implement a zero tolerance strict policy.

School zones do matter as most people with children want to be in Normal park or on Signal Mountain because of the great school systems. 

Creating living spaces for elderly parents needing close care yet respectful personal spaces, or college age children looking for a better investment than a dorm that they can later resell and invest the profit into their chosen life path, is more beneficial than dumping cash into a third party space like a retirement home, or off campus apartment.
