its been very difficult to find the details on this... i am trying to understand if i should keep my structure as a schedule  E or if i should now consider incorporating as S Corp or something similar...thanks in advance to everybodyCan the tax experts here chime in on this?

They make money work for them.The middle class buy liabilities while the rich buy assets.The rich use other people’s time and money to make them rich.I share the same shift in mindset.When I worked in Corporate America, I struggled with the bureaucracy and red tape (I grew up on a family dairy farm in the snow belt where when something needed to be done, you just did it).

A few thoughts:You are going to be in that car hopefully for a TON of miles per year, get something you are comfortable in...IE you don't want to buy the cheapest office chair out there if you are at your desk 8hrs a day.Initial perception is HUGE in sales.

I would rather take the cash now and invest it for 20%+ than wait, even if I'm not taxed...The return will trump the tax free benefit.For these reason, while I was in corporate and put the absolute minimum in my 401k and invested as much as possible in real estate.
