Does the tax return boost cover the $4200/yr loss?

Hi everyone,Although this is old, I'd still like to thank the majority of people who choose the moral route even if it's more inconvenient for them.

Moral of the story: Don't give into these guests, because even if you give them what they want they will still throw you under the bus. 

I am sure that this house will appreciate really nicely over time.Hopefully the spring market will heat up in your area and that will also help provide some excellent sales comps to boost your value. 

Next thing you know you'll own four or five properties free and clear in no time.I'm not going to stop working (day job) until my rental income per month reaches a certain level... then I might move into wholesaling here and there to boost my existing income.    

But it does nothing to boost my credit worthiness with any banks.

It's dramatically boosted the economy on the US side. 

I have to believe that with 5 properties, and 15 year mtgs on each, that would significantly boost your cash flow.

I love your assertion that the most important thing about vetting a sponsor is assuring they are moral people.
