I could not even sit for the test, until I provided 5 years of verifiable experience and then I had to have 2 notarized letters from existing Master Plumbers to sponsor me to test. 

We sent out a letter proactively letting all our tenants know that if they needed any essentials or were going through tough times to contact us and we will help figure it out.

If you feel it is warranted to warn your tenant, simply write a letter citing the pertinent part of your lease the tenant is violating and ask them to cease and desist immediately. 

She hides the dog in the house, a therapist calls me, I speak to her and inform her I need documentation for the dog, I also inform her that the dog looks neglected, is unsupervised, causing damage to the property and creating conflict with the existing tenants in the triplex, she ignores me and a letter on community health department letterhead shows up claiming the mutt is an emotional support animal.   

Be aware of balloon payment at the end, coz definitely you will pay more than asking price was.

Get a pre-approval letter going from your lender.

I am working on a "letter of interest" with my attorney so I can have signed documents in hand from those people.
