They can post your CL ads everyday, send out your email blasts, set up your direct mail campaigns, upload pics/videos to your website as well as answering phone calls, putting signs and lockboxes on your properties, setting your appointments, handling paperwork and the list goes on...

I think his pricing was reasonable, and he showed up right on time for every appointment.

I even connected with a private lender who appointed me a local mentor for a mentorship for my first 10 deals.

It depends on your unit location and price but usually it doesn't take more that two of this types of appointments to find a match for you.

I had two appointments so far and needed to bring a ton of documents.

Then I could schedule appointments, make sure it got done and pay the vendor myself as opposed to the general contractor doing everything.
