No need to take out financial aide or student loans for it.

So, the PM fees alone would make a big dent in my cash flow not to mention the tenant placement fees, renewal fees, and ridiculously priced band-aid fixes.  

Definitely in health care.

El Paso’s job market is quite diversified, and it is seeing gains in areas like healthcare, government, finance, hospitality and logistics.Furthermore,I have personally seen an increase interest from Out-of-state investors that are coming to El Paso to invest in Real Estate which confirms how good the market is here.Let me know if anyone need more specific information on the market with regards CAP rates, neighborhoods, etc.Thanks!

I will miss universal health care for sure.

If the government steps in and regulates healthcare to bare bones pricing then lot's of the medical field would retire, stop practicing, or not go into the field all together.
