@Mike DymskiWould love to know what you believe are the “gateway crimes” leading up a manslaughter...you can be charged with manslaughter for getting in a car accident and someone dies, or if you’re a doctor and prescribe too much medication, and on and on.

I personally went with a Delaware LLC so I could take advantage of charging order protection so I couldn't personally be sued for the value of the business if I got in a car accident, etc.Find a good lawyer that is familiar with your business model and have them give you direction that is 100% accurate for where you are and what you want to do.

I feel like I must be missing something--maybe I don't have a full grasp on the rehab budget situation, or something that's not occurring to me.
