Appfolio has an option for the daily late fee charge, but they do require a minimum of 50 units to use the software.I would check to see if Buildium offers this option.

It's a good idea to work with a CPA who understands self Directed Retirement accounts and I definitely recommend you check with a CPA before you do a Roth Conversion so you know the tax implications.

Do I move forward with them filling out the application before I've even closed on the property, along with paying for the credit/criminal/background check and sending them the Estoppel Certificate?
