@Tae C. one of the lawsuits is arguing that the trust model they use is illegal because of self-dealing and receiving undisclosed fees.  

You either received a payoff or, if nobody bid successfully, you were awarded title to the property subject to the first lien.

But you normally will not receive the costs on any repairs you make to house during this period.But as I stated, I would go to the county courthouse and inquire as to the status of that property as to redemption period and what you are required to do during this period.
