The skills of the photographers are very impressive and 95% of houses marketed online are misleading in my humble opinion!

Sometimes a tenant will play your friend in order to avoid a rent increase.

Real Estate is a competitive game, and Internet and BP have leveled the playing field for anyone who wants to take advantage. 

I’ve seen a half dozen houses come online within the last couple weeks in the low $200s that would be excellent rentals.I as well as several other BP members who invest in Boise/Meridian are very bullish on that area.

There was another thread here recently where someone bought from an online auction and couldn't get financing because he couldn't get access to the property.

Plus, once an investor gets behind the business plan, then they're just playing catch up as it gets hard to not drown as you are trying douse multiple fires.Happy to continue our conversation over PM.
