I know some good ones in the area, and most importantly, some god awful sleazebag ones that you definitely want to stay away from if you want to send me a message, I'm happy to share the info with you!

I know if you get a hold of and put under contract a off market property for the right price you could easily make $5-10-15k just seling it to a flipper .. just remember not to over proce it .. make a modest fee on it and move on to the next .. once you do two or three you might find thats what you really want to do instead of the back breaking wirk of rehabbing them yourself .. i wish you luck ..God Speed , Michael Short
