The LLC is just a LLC as far as the bank is concerned, and most any bank can handle that.There are a few banks such as Solera National Bank in Denver and Titan Bank in Dallas that have decided to specialize in this service. 

I own a real estate investment company here in Dallas (we flip single family properties) and I have a full time W2 employee that acts as an acquisitions manager that finds deals through wholesalers however he is unlicensed but I am licensed.

From a fellow Aggie to another I will be as transparent as anyone ever will be.I left A&M to go work in San Antonio rather than Dallas for a better of a relationship which ended mere weeks later.

Great area....I think the focus there is that there are a lot of homes in the zone....that means right price, need rehab, area close to some demand drivers...like downtown Dallas.   

For example, here in Dallas I can pull crime data online for the neighborhood I am about to purchase in.
