From what I understand, craigslist bans ads with html code, software/websites to post for you(automated uploads), and any ad that contains code with postlets.com.  

Learn from other's mistakes and if you're serious about operating STR's and you're not opting to have a co-host, know that it can and almost ALWAYS is a full time job, unless you have an excellent team in place and your automations and tech stack is on point.

Used mint.com's budgeting tools to streamline finances (this was/is invaluable to me- it's goal setting is automated and simple as logging on to check my progress) NOT AFFILIATED IN ANYWAY, I JUST LIKE THE SERVICE AND IT'S FREE 4.

Now there is wonderful pm software for owners that allows you to manage yourself and automate most functions. 

He said through robots and automation he has cut his staff from 17,000 3 years ago to 7500 today.. now granted those machines he buys are a million a piece.. and one factory I looked at personally in Malaysia had over 100 of them on the floor.. 

If nothing else, automate lists that you can pull and sell those, but whatever you do, I encourage you to find your fit.

I'd be more apt to sign something that says anything he presents to me, maybe outside of the automated email notifications he set up (that I'm still receiving BTW), I would have to work with him on. 

As long as the information reported is accurate, the LCB platform has numerous automated protections and guidance in place to ensure our landlord, property manager and tenant members are protected and that reporting and usage of the different services remains in compliance with relevant legislation.

Some will stay, but the repetitive jobs (transportation, manufacturing, etc.) will all eventually be automated.

It seems like everything can easily be automated.
